Joanie Espy’s Pumpkin Dessert Mix together 1 29 oz. can of pumpkin 1 cup sugar 1 cup evaporated milk 1 cup milk (You can use the rest of the evaporated milk and regular milk to make the cup.) 6 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. Pour into a 9X12 glass baking dish Mix together 1 white cake mix 1 cube butter - melted spread evenly across top of pumpkin mixture Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.Serve hot or cold. You can also top with cool whip if desired ENJOY!!!!!
